our recent stay in new romney was fantastic and camping pods at marlie holiday park exceeded all expectations. the cozy and clean pod had plenty of amenities, a great location near the dog area and facilities, and the hot breakfast was delicious. perfect for exploring nearby areas like hastings and dover.
Pricey and disappointing food.

The camping pods were clean and well-maintained, providing a cozy and comfortable stay. The location of the pods was perfect, surrounded by beautiful fields and offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff at the reception and shop were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. The availability of nearby shower and toilet facilities was convenient. Additionally, the friendly atmosphere among other guests added to the overall enjoyable experience.
One drawback was the shared bathroom facilities, which could be inconvenient at times. The lack of a kettle in the pods made it difficult for guests with small children to prepare milk.

The pods were clean and cosy, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The location of the pods was great, allowing easy access to both Camber Sands and Greatstone beaches. I also appreciated the privacy and view of the open countryside from my pod.
There were a few negative aspects to my stay. The service was slow and the food was not up to par.

The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating, especially with our children with disabilities. The housekeeping manager went above and beyond, and the swimming pool manager was great with our little boy. The pods were clean and well laid out, with a comfortable bed and a good heater. The location was convenient for local attractions like Camber Sands and Rye. The pool at the holiday park was well-maintained and the staff were friendly.
Nothing that I didn't like.

The camping pods at Marlie Holiday Park were the perfect size for our family of four. the little drawer/box unit was really handy for storing our children's belongings. the plug sockets with USB points were a great addition. the staff, especially Maria, were incredibly helpful and kind. the shower and toilet facilities were kept clean and better than other places we've stayed. the on-site shop was convenient and the arcade had a good selection of machines. the location of the pods at the back of the complex gave us a sense of being off the grid and the grassy area was great for picnics and games.
Felt at ease, no reason to complain.

The position of the accommodation was great, with a clear view of the surrounding fields and sunset. It was also located at the back of the site, away from the main bar area, making it quieter and more peaceful. The design of the pods was brilliant and they were very comfortable to stay in.
We encountered some issues during our stay. Additionally, we had booked a swimming session but found out that the lifeguard was off that day, causing us to miss out on our planned activity.

We had a great stay at the camping pods. the location was incredible, with easy access to beautiful local beaches like Camber Sands and charming towns like Rye. the pods were comfortable and spacious enough for our family of four, with cozy mattresses and a wood cabin-like atmosphere. the toilet and shower facilities were kept clean and well-equipped.
Some aspects of the service could be improved, particularly the communication and staffing in the clubhouse.
